Miracles Do Happen – Even in Difficult Economic Times
God came through for the Lighthouse Mission! The Mission finally
received the State Grants that were promised to them in 2008.
As of April 24th, 2009 Lighthouse Mission owns their new home
at 1543 Montauk Highway in Bellport. The new location is “raw” and
needs much repair. Renovations will soon follow with a possible
move in date at the end of the summer of 2009.
Your prayers and support are greatly appreciated as we venture
forward with this huge renovation project. If you can help in
any way, please call the Mission at (631) 758-7584

What will happen during the Mission’s transition?
We will be vacating 54 Railroad Avenue, Patchogue as of June 1st,
2009. All of our street outreaches will continue as usual. We will
not have a headquarters location until we move into our new Bellport
location. But we will continue receiving donations of food. We
can ONLY receive food donations at this time. Clothing, toys, household
items, etc will unfortunately NOT be accepted. Once
again we can only take food donations for now.
For any questions or to donate FOOD ONLY please
call us at (631) 758-7584. Regardless of where we are during our transition
period, you can ALWAYS reach us at this number (631 758-7584).

Back to School Program
In 2007 we helped 1,300 children with the donations of many
individuals, businesses and corporations. We could not have helped
all those children without our donors and volunteers...

THANKS TO ALL WHO HELP!
The Lighthouse Mission has continuing programs all year
to help families in need. |
